Q: How much does to cost to become an Agent?
A: Video Presentation Stands (VPS) fully stocked around R2500 per outlet depending which stock is bought.
What is the markup on product bought?
125% on most products, you buy for R100 and sell for R225
Q: Do I have to be VAT registered?
A: No, we are VAT registered and the prices are including VAT . We supply you with a VAT invoice, so if you are registered you can claim back.
Q: Do I sell under the Repcillin Brand or do I have to register my own company?
A: You sell under the Repcillin Brand name but you do so as an individual, so you are accountable for your own business. You are just buying our product and reselling it.
Q: Can I buy individual boxes once I have my VSP
A: Yes when you restock, you can buy the boxes as required
Q: How long does it take to get the initial VPS units?
A: We normally have ten complete units in stock, if larger quantities are required then allow three weeks.
Q: How long does it take to restock?
A: We ship same day in most cases if payment is received before noon. Delivery from 24 hours to 4 days depending on the mode of transport you require
Q: How much does transport cost?
A: Speed Services Courier is R60 for up to 1kg delivery next day. 1 box weighs around 260g so you could get replacement stock quickly and cheaply.
Q: If there are any inquiries in my area, will I get sent them?
A: Once you start I will put your contact details on my South African Order page www.repcillin.com/RSA_order_form.php then you will be contacted directly.
Q: Should I grow the business, is there a sole agency guaranteed with the area?
A: You can guarantee your area and make it as large as you can cope with. All you have to do to secure an area is put your VPS in your selected outlets. The sky is the limit. We do not allocate areas or give exclusivity, you get that yourself by dominating your area.
Q: Are there ant other products?
A: Yes we have a larger range which you can see on our www.repcillin.com website. You can stock these alongside your existing VPS. One VPS in enough for several products. We will exchange the SD memory card for you to include your other products.
Q: How much money will I make?
A: That depends on your location. A good location will sell one 15g tub a day and one 50g tub a week. Your profit on this is R1300 a month from one unit
Q: Is it difficult to place the VPS stand with stock?
A: No it is very easy. You just visit your pharmacy and tell the owner that you want to help him sell Repcillin at no risk to him. You will leave stack and a video stand near his prescription counter and the video will sell for him. He then only pays you after he has sold the stock.
Q: What if stock is stolen?
A: That is the owners responsibility, he pays you for missing stock. If he is worried about this, just leave empty boxes in the presentation stand and the real stock behind the counter.
Q: How often do I have to call on the outlet?
A: One VPS unit has enough stock for one month, however if sales are high it is better to either leave more stock than have a stand with just a few tubs in.
Q: What if the video brakes down?
A: This would be covered by my supplier for one year with normal usage, just return to use for a replacement.
Q: How long is the shelf life?
A: It should be sold within a year.
Q: Are business cards and Repcillin badges available?
A: Yes we can order them for you with our logos, take around 14 days.
Q: How many outlets can I have?, is there a limit?
A: No limit
Q: Is it viable to have someone else making all the calls for me?
A: Yes, I give 10% to my reps to do this for me. If you had 20 outlets and each outlet was making R1300 a month, then you have R26,000 profit. You can afford to pay a rep R2600 to do this for you.
What if a pharmacy buys his replacement stock from a wholesaler and not from me?He will see his sales expode and will be dissapointed when you remove your video unit because he has cheated on you. The agreement with the pharmacy is that when you place your video display and stand on his premices, only your stock can be sold from it. he must order from you, What is the future for Repcillin?
